JANE MORONEY 1900-1974

 Jane2 Moroney (Thomas1) was born in Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare 15 August 1900.  Jane died 2 March 1974 in Erie County, Buffalo, NY, at 73 years of age.  Her body was interred March 1974 in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lackawanna, Erie County, NY..  Section: St. Peter, Lot 257, Grave 2.  Jane Maroney does not have a gravestone.  She is buried in a single grave between D. Bratck and Walter Wnuk.  The grave is located 8 stones to the left of the St. Peter stone and 3 rows behind.

      She was christened in St. Joseph's RCC, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare, Ireland, 18 August 1900.  Jane immigrated, 25 April 1921 through Ellis Island with a destination of Buffalo, NY to stay with her sister Elizabeth Moroney Donovan. 

Jane worked as a domestic in Buffalo.  In 1927 Jane had a relationship with John O'Rourke an electrician working in Buffalo, NY.
